It looks like T-Mobile has flipped the switch and 4G (HSPA+) coverage has gone line in a handful of new cities. Simply put, those in Abilene, Amarillo, Odessa and Victoria, Texas; Bakersfield, California; Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Joplin and St. Joseph, Missouri now have some additional speeds available.

Additionally, while those markets have HSPA+ coverage, those in Abilene, Amarillo, Bakersfield, Odessa, Port St. Lucie and Victoria are getting something a bit nicer — slightly faster coverage in the form of HSPA+ 42.

And lastly, while T-Mobile shared the new cities to get HSPA+ coverage, they also noted that they now have the “Largest 4G Network” available in 225 markets which covers more than 200 million people.
