If you’re not using the official Twitter app on your Android devices, chances are you’re probably using Plume for Twitter. And if you do, you’ll be glad to know that the app has just been updated to version 3.0. The update added as another long tweet handler in addition to Twitlonger, picture upload, resize uploaded pictures now depend on the network type in use and of course the usual bug fixes to the app. But what’s more important here is the fact that the app is now more inline with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, specifically with its brand new user interface. As a heads up to those who are not familiar, Plume is a beautiful and highly customizable Twitter client formerly known as Touiteur. The app has several nice features that enhances your Twitter experience. These include the ability to colorize your timeline/friends streams, support for multiple Twitter accounts, scrollable widgets, picture preview and more. Plume for Twitter is available as a free download from Google Play.
