US Cellular releases its first LTE Phone, Samsung Galaxy S Aviator

US Cellular has just announced the Samsung Galaxy S Aviator which happens to be its first 4G LTE smartphone. Available now in-stores and online at uscellular.com, said handset retails for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. But for a limited time, US Cellular is giving you the chance to own this phone for only $99.99. Aside from being a capable 4G-LTE device, the Galaxy S Aviator also features Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen, front-facing camera, 8MP rear-facing camera, and HDMI port. The device also promises to give you speeds of up to 10 times faster than 3G especially in areas covered by US Cellular’s 4G network. Presently, these areas include Iowa, Maine, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin. US Cellular is already working on adding more cities to this list.
