About.me iPhone app launches, gives on-the-go access to featured users and shows who is nearby

It looks like the folks behind about.me have recently launched an iPhone app. The app is available by way of the iOS App Store and has arrived as version 1.0.9 with support for the iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 4.0 or later. In terms of the app, it offers the expected features such as the ability to create and view your personal about.me page as well as browse the pages of others. More specifically, the about.me iPhone app will allow you to swipe through random pages and also show you if any other about.me users are nearby. That being said, some of the other features include the following;
