Here’s another good alternative to the stock Android music player that also doubles up as a music discovery app very much like Spotify and the others – eMusic. In essence, eMusic Android app is a free, easy-to-use music player for your Android device. But what makes it special is the fact that it also offers a unique way of exploring, downloading, and personalizing music as you listen to it. The app lets you download music, listen to the eMusic streaming Radio, save songs you’ve listen to for listening later on as well as access account details right on your Android tablet or Android smartphone. Additionally, the app also lets you listen to MP3 files on your devices, get song recommendations, based on your listening habits, create playlists, read stories about artists while you listen to music, access eMusic’s charts, and search eMusic’s catalog as well as listen to samples of tracks. eMusic Android app is currently available in beta and it runs on Android devices with 1GHz and 576MB RAM with Android 2.3.3 or later versions of the OS. It is available now as a free download from Google Play.
