After showing up for sale from Amazon, Samsung’s second generation Galaxy Tab 7.0 is now also up for grabs from Best Buy. The Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 gets the same price as with Amazon which is $249.99. It’s the Wi-Fi only version and also comes with the regular published specs and features of the device. These include a 1GHz dual-core processor, 7-inch WSVGA (600 x 1024) PLS TFT display, 3MP fixed focus camera with no flash, VFA front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage with of course, support for a microSD card. The device boasts of 4,000 mAh battery. But perhaps one of the most important thing to know about the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is the fact that it runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This is layered with Samsung’s own TouchWiz/Samsung Live Panel UX. If not for ICS, this tablet wouldn’t have been a worthy tablet to consider getting. Plus the price is pretty decent as well.
