Thanks to Techblog.gr, there are now leaked images of the Sony Xperia ST21i smartphone, codenamed “Tapioca”. This low-end Android phone will be capable of running the latest version of the Google’s mobile OS, Ice Cream Sandwich, or ICS, and will feature a 3.2-inch 320 x 480 pixel display, 512MB RAM, a Qualcomm MSM7227 800MHz processor and a 3MP camera capable of shooting VGA video. Physically, it has the same lines as the Xperia Sola and it will feature 3 capacitive buttons below the screen.

No additional details, such as release date, price or carriers have been announced yet, but it is good to know that Sony is prepping a budget-friendly ICS-running phone.
