A week after announcing that all Harry Potter e-books will be available for free in the Amazon Kindle Lending Library for Amazon Prime subscribers, Pottermore.com has also reached an agreement with another e-book distributor – Kobo. Similar to the arrangements with other e-book distributors such as Barnes & Noble, Sony Reader and Google, the e-books are not directly sold on the Kobo website. Instead, there’s a landing page for the availability of the e-books together with the link to purchase which will direct you to the Pottermore site. When you purchase the e-book via the link given on the Kobo site, you will have to link your Pottermore account to your Kobo account. This will make it easier for you to send your Harry Potter e-books over to your Kobo library. You can then read your e-books using the Kobo reader or the Kobo reader apps.
