Ematic eGlide Pro X tablet now available for pre-order with J&R

J&R has begun accepting pre-orders for another Ice Cream Sandwich tablet. The model is the eGlide Pro X, which comes by way of Ematic. The tablet is priced at $219.99 and so far, it simply noted as “coming soon.” As far as the specs go, the eGlide Pro X is running Android 4.0 ICS and sporting a 9.7-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 480 and 8GB of internal storage space. Some of the other specs and features include a microSD card slot, 5GB of free cloud based storage, HDMI, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 1GB of RAM and a front facing camera. Needless to say, you will not find the Google Play app market on this device. You will however get some pre-installed apps such as the Kobo reader and the “App Shop.”
