Verizon Wireless will be releasing the Samsung Galaxy S III “in the near future”

Verizon has officially announced and begun accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S III. And well, while we have seen details about when the device will actually begin shipping — it looks like Verizon has since added a date on the website. A quick check of the Samsung Galaxy S III pages is now showing a “ship by” date of July 9th. Of course, the slightly more interesting part here, Verizon pinged us recently and offered this little tidbit.

“Verizon will be releasing the Samsung Galaxy S III in the near future.”

Granted, in the near future probably still means July 9th, but hey, those who pre-ordered can hope. Either way though, it looks like Verizon users will have their Galaxy S III in just under a months time.
