Acer originally announced the Iconia Tab A700 tablet back in the middle of the month. The tablet came available for pre-order immediately, and as of today that status has shifted from pre-order to actually availability. Simply put, you can now buy as opposed to pre-order.
The Iconia Tab A700 is priced at $449.99 and available in either silver or black. The tablet features a 10.1 inch (1920 x 1200) touchscreen display, NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor and is running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Other goodies include 32GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, 1GB of RAM, HDMI, GPS, Wi-Fi, a 1 megapixel front facing camera, 5 megapixel rear facing camera and a 9800 mAh battery.
