Earlier this morning we mentioned how Google had temporarily halted sales of the Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ and how we had hoped that sales would return sooner rather than later. And well, it looks like that is indeed what will be happening. Google has since confirmed to ABC News that sales will return “next week” and that the handset will be shipping with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The reasoning here, Google will update the device to Jelly Bean which will in turn address the issue that caused the injunction in the first place. And for those who are curious, the newly updated Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ will disable the users’ ability to search the phone and only allow them to search the web.
