Google promised it would release a software update to address Apple’s complaint, but the Galaxy Nexus was pulled from Google Play until further notice. On Saturday afternoon, Google resumed sales of the Galaxy Nexus from Google Play.
You can purchase the unlocked GSM Galaxy Nexus for $349. However, it’ll be another one to two weeks before orders are shipped. By that time, Google and Samsung would have worked out all the legal issues to make Apple’s lawyers happy.
There’s also a chance new Galaxy Nexus devices will ship with Android 4.1 already installed.
