RIM gets sued over BBM trademark

RIM is facing another potential roadblock that could seriously hurt the BlackBerry brand. The company is being sued by a Canadian company named BBM Canada. BBM Canada describes itself as a company that provides “broadcast measurement and consumer behaviour data, as well as industry-leading intelligence to broadcasters, advertisers and agencies.”

New Blackberry Messenger coming to all OS 5.0 devices
