Consumer Reports takes a look at cell phone based GPS

GPS was a huge gift this year for the holidays. CR noticed GPS via cell phone is starting to become a bigger player and decided to dig into if the hype lives up. Cell phone GPS allow you to eliminate a standalone device and turn your phone into an accurate, voice-enabled navigation device.
