AT&T announces new, non-mandatory data plans

AT&T announced a few new smartphone and tablet data plans on Wednesday. These new plans won’t be forced on customers. If a customer chooses, they can switch to one of these new plans starting Sunday, January 22.

Verizon will begin sending out data usage alerts this week
