Panasonic intro’s the 14.7MP Lumix DMC-FX150

Panasonic has announced a couple of new cameras in its Lumix product line. One of these new cameras is the DMC-FX150 offering a 14.7-megapixel CCD sensor and a Leica branded 3.6x optical zoom lens with a 28mm wide angle. It is packed with a 2.7-inch LCD display in 230,000 dot resolution, a multi-area focus sytem with face detection and object tracking, and ISO sensitivity ranges from 100 to 1600 and shutter speeds that range from 1/2000 to 60 seconds.

In addition to all those features, Panasonic has also sprinkled the DMC-FX150 with a slew of camera technology features that would give photo enthusiasts an easy and pleasant time using the camera. These include image stabilization, automatic exposure control using intelligent multiple, center-weighted or spot metering. It also features nine white balance settings, and twenty five scene modes.
