There are some products you can’t help but think are just pointless and you cannot see why anyone would possibly want to buy it. This is one of those.
The Pure*Gold PC is a fairly mid range PC with decent specifications, supposedly low noise levels and a nice design, but as its name suggests there is something different about this: it’s made from gold. But no, it is not gold trimmed, and no, it is not gold stylishly designed into and practical and aesthetically pleasing design. Oh no. This is a big, gold box. . . .
T-Mobile G1 official user manual hits the web
Just for those people who still have not gotten enough information about the soon-to-be-released T-Mobile G1, there has been some more information recently released. This time it is in the form of the official G1 user manual, and its a nice 48 pages in total. This should hopefully help fill some time until the official release, of course in actuality we know that most people rarely read these and even if you did it may just serve as a teaser.

Rumor: T-Mobile’s Android-powered HTC Dream coming October 13
Although its still just in the rumor stage, it does seem accurate enough and follows up nicely with T-Mobile’s recent confirmation and the FCC approval. It looks like the T-Mobile Android-powered HTC Dream will be available for customers beginning on October 13, with pre-orders running from September 17 through October 3 for current T-Mobile customers, and the handset will be available in black, brown or white.
In addition to the release date, some pricing information has also come to light, and it seems to be set pretty fairly. It is rumored that the HTC Dream will be $199 with a two-year agreement. In addition to the $199 price, which will apply for new customers, it was also mentioned that the price for any current T-Mobile customers looking to upgrade will be slightly less expensive at $150.

Meet the Dream, HTC’s Google Android Phone
Dream of all dreams, HTC has announced their first Android-based handset will be called the Dream. The phone obviously, will run Google’s much-awaited Android software and is expected to feature a large touchscreen display with navigational controls below and full QWERTY keyboard. The keyboard is expected to either slide or swivel out. Unfortunately an image of the Dream has not been leaked, but sources say that it measures in at around 3 x 5-inches.
And just as you would expect, there has not been any word coming from HTC.
