With all the buzz garnered by the CES announcement of the new Palm Pre and webOS, we thought it would be a good idea to take a quick look back at how Palm got here. Looking back over this data, I find it almost unthinkable that the Treo 180 was launched in 2002, just 7 years ago. Ok, what seemed laughable just a few months ago for Palm, has become an interesting issue now for other mobile OS’. At CES, a Foleo-like product was shown for Windows Mobile devices and now, the iPholio seems to have hit a mark.

For now, this is simply a concept. However, I’d guess the enterprising folks kicking the WM Foleo off the ground might give this ago as well if there is interest.
