Get your game on with the Logitech MX518 Gaming Mouse on sale for $29.99
If you have a gamer on your shopping list, you just may want to check out this sale at Newegg.com. They have the Logitech MX518 on sale for only $29.99 (after mail in rebate) with free shipping.
The MX518 utilizes the award-winning MX Optical Engine. This Engine gives you a major dpi-resolution at 1600. Because of this resolution, you get pixel-by-pixel accuracy in your positioning, which obviously does wonders for your game. More stats after the break.
Microsoft Office Home and Student only $79.95 (with free shipping!)
This is the latest version of the Home Office programs, Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. The software suite includes Office Excel 2007, Office OneNote 2007, Office PowerPoint 2007, and Office Word 2007. For those that may not have tried this latest version out before — be prepared it is a little different than what you are used to.
The ribbon menu is a departure from the older versions of Office, so you will definitely have to be able to adapt yourself to those changes. But the program does allow you the option to save your documents in all kinds of formats including older Word versions, which is very handy since older versions of Office are unable to open Office ’07 documents. It did take a little getting used to when I first started using the program, but I do like it a lot now. Continued after the break.

Wanna keep tabs on someone? The Zoombak Universal A-GPS Locator will do it for you
Oh my, oh my. Just think of all the not so nice tracking you could do with this little gadget. The new Zoombak Universal GPS Locator lets you know whenever it enters specific geographical zones. How very stealthy. A company spokesperson however, claims that Zoombak “does not condone or recommend that the device be used for those things.” Ummm…yeah. I’m sure that will stop its misuse.
What you do is drop it into whatever you want tracked. (No…I don’t recommend having someone swallow it). Your kid’s backpack or car is more what they are envisioning for the device. You know, to make sure they are actually going to school, or to the library to study like they claim. Or you’re wondering where your girlfriend is really going when she makes those late night runs to the gym? Voila. Yeah…you see where this could go, don’t you?
More after the break.
Optoma Pico Projector PK-101: Project wherever you are
Looking for something that will allow you to have totally portable images for use anywhere? Check out the new Pico Projector PK-101. You attach this tiny device (it is smaller and lighter than a mobile phone even!) to either your smart phone (and yes, it works with iPhones too) or media player, and it throws an image onto a nearby screen or white surface. Pretty cool. Continued after the break.
