Google Reader for Android updated with new features

Google released two applications on Wednesday. The first was a Gmail app for iOS which didn’t turn out so well. The second is the promised update to the Google Reader application for Android. The new Google Reader features swiping gestures for moving between stories, Ice Cream Sandwich widgets and more focus on Google+ for sharing.
