Apple brings iTunes Match to 19 more countries
Apple is bringing its music-in-the-cloud service, iTunes Match, to 19 more countries scattered throughout Latin America and Europe. Google Currents transforms your news into digital magazines
Google released a new free app in the Android Market and Apple App Store today called Google Currents. Google Currents is Google’s answer to apps such as Flipboard which helped make viewing web content on mobile devices a more elegant experience. Google has teamed with more than 150 publishing partners such as Forbes, 500px, Fast Company and more to kick off its new app. When you click on the icon for these publisher’s content, you’ll be brought to a clean looking page with nice images and the stories that accompany them.
Google Music? Sure, why not?
Now that Google Music is out, the big question is will anyone use it? I can’t speak for everyone, but in my case, Google stands to make at least a couple bucks off me. That’s something iTunes never did.

Kazaa brings its totally legal music service to iOS devices
There was a time when the peer to peer networks such as Kazaa existed to boil the blood of music industry executives. You may have used Kazaa in the past to download music without paying a dime. Kazaa was eventually put on the receiving end of a lawsuit and forced to rethink its business practices. The service is now legit and serves up unlimited music for a monthly fee. Today, Kazaa announced it just launched a mobile application that’s available in the Apple App Store.
Turntable.fm arrives in the Apple App Store
As promised last week, the Turntable.fm application for iOS is now available to download. The app itself is free, but you still have to be granted access to Turntable.fm through a friend on Facebook. Basically if you have a Facebook friend that used Turntable.fm, you’re in.
