We first saw the 18-button monster of a mouse back in early November, and although it was initially christened the OpenOfficeMouse that name did not last very long. In fact, it was just a few days later that we saw the OpenOfficeMouse was not actually using the name with the proper authorization. Given that, what more »

The OpenOfficeMouse is still a mouse, but is not quite OpenOffice

It seems that ugly looking 18-button having OpenOfficeMouse is not quite backed by OpenOffice. As I mentioned in the last post, the mouse more »

Oddball Tech: The $500 mouse, Pirate Bay hits a museum, and Ashton Kutcher’s a Gadgetell fan

Why on earth would you pay for $500 for a mouse? When it’s named the SpacePilot PRO. Is this the future of all desktop mice? No. A piece of the Pirate Bay is in a museum in order to get people to talk about intellectual property rights. Did the museum really have to pay for the Pirate Bay server? Couldn’t they have just lied? Also, it turns out that Ashton Kutcher is a Gadgetell fan. It’s cool when the first guy to get one million Twitter followers points them to Gadgetell. Very cool. Find out much more about these stories after the break.

Logitech unveils new gamer-centric peripherals

Sure, CES is a great way to find brand new hardware and gadgets that are coming out within the next year, it’s almost easy to forget that there’s also some refreshes that occur at the same time. Though they are built for gamers, the peripherals should appeal to anyone who wants some extra bells and whistles with their mice, keyboards, and headsets.
