Some PayPal customers were overcharged for Mac OS X Lion

Downloading Mac OS X Lion hasn’t exactly been the most joyful experience for some PayPal users. What was originally intended to be a $30 investment has turned into an investment worth thousands of dollars. Some PayPal users with connected iTunes accounts have been charged multiple times for Lion. At least one person has been charged in excess of $3,000.

PayPal sues Google, Google Wallet may be threatened

On the same day that Google announced Google Wallet, news broke about PayPal suing Google over the components that it claims makes Google Wallet possible. PayPal has apparently been working on the lawsuit before it was announced yesterday, so it may not have anything to do with the timing of the Google Wallet announcement. Mobile Check Capture coming to Android PayPal app

Depositing checks is about to get easier for Android users. PayPal will be bringing its Mobile Check Capture feature to Android in an update today. This feature has been present in the iPhone PayPal app and it has proven to be quite popular. MobileCrunch reports that PayPal has seen about $1 million in checks deposited this way.
