You can now +1 images in Google search
Google’s desire to funnel just about every service it has into Google+ continues today with the ability to +1 images. We’ve been able to share pages we like by clicking the +1 button for a while now. Clicking +1 on an image will send the recommendation to the +1 section of your Google profile. Google has also made this feature more social. Your friends won’t have to visit your Google profile or Google+ to see the images you like.

Twitter improves search, confirms official photo uploading feature
Twitter has begun making changes to its website today. Twitter’s search feature has been improved to display more tweets that may matter to you. This feature has also been extended to trending topics as well. Also, the search results will include the top images and videos based on whatever you searched for. For example, Marilyn Monroe is a trending topic today. After clicking on the trending topic link or entering her name into the search box, you’ll see “top images” and “top videos” to the right of the page. You’ll be able to view all the top photos in a separate browser tab.
