Sling just introduced “SlingGuide” which works with Dish DVRs. Echostar owns both companies and now their products are working together. It was almost one year ago that we first saw the official announcement from Sling Media in regards to the upcoming SlingPlayer Mobile client for the BlackBerry, and remaining true to their word it will be available before the end of 2008. If you can remember back, that announcement simply stated the release would come “later this year” and it seems that it will make it just in time with the release coming on December 30.
