Testing out the Panasonic portable Blu-ray player, the DMP-B15

$800 for a portable Blu-ray player may seem crazy, but it’s really a step to make Blu-ray discs more prevalent. One of the complaints about Blu-ray is “I can’t take it with me, so I’ll get a regular DVD instead.” The portable player looks to take away that problem. Hands on the Kodak’s Zx1

You may be familiar with Kodak’s Zi6, but take a look at the Zx1.

What’s the difference? The Zx1 is meant to be rugged. Unlike the Zi6, there is no flip out USB arm on the Zx1. The buttons are gone and are replaced with a cut metal interface very similar to a Moto Razr. The joystick is replaced with directional buttons.
