Google updated its Google+ Android application on Tuesday and one of the new additions is Hangouts. Hangouts is the video conferencing feature of Google+ that can support up to 10 people. Even though you can’t initiate a Hangout from the Google+ application, you can join a Hangout in process or accept a Hangout invitation.
