Lenovo builds Wacom tablet into monstrous laptop

Lenovo apparently wants to replace your entire computer set up with the new ThinkPad W700. The laptop is the first ever to have a built in Wacom tablet. While the tablet itself may not be very large, the laptop certainly is, sporting a 17″ screen complete with a full size keyboard including a number pad.
