K2 Network launches site, plans to attend upcoming cons

K2 Network, publisher of several MMO titles, today (July 24, 2007) announced the launch of GamersFirst.net, a site dedicated to all of its current and upcoming titles. The site will contain information and download portals for all of the publisher’s titles, as well as a community area, gamer scene, an affiliate center and other community-based content, including contests and other promotions.

The news comes along with the announcement that thee are more than 10 million K2 Network users worldwide, making a dedicated the next logical step for rallying troops, so to speak. Some of the titles these 10 million gamers enjoy include FPS War Rock, MMORPG’s Knight Online, Global MU Online and Sword of the New World : Granado Espada and upcoming North American release Red Stone (which is already a huge hit in Japan).

Also announced today were K2’s plans to show up and show off at several big name gaming conventions this year, including San Diego ComiCon, Leipzig Game Convention, GenCon, PAX, DragonCon and others. It looks like K2’s finally getting in on the great MMO we call the real world.
