Serious Sam 3: BFE remembers first-person shooters the way they used to be. Cover? What’s this cover you’re talking about? The only thing Serious Sam hides behind is a hail of bullets. This Xbox Live arcade update contains the full single-player and co-op campaigns. It’s 1200 Microsoft Points ($15) to get serious.

There is a new zombie game nearly every week in the Xbox Live Arcade. This time it’s an update of PC hit Zombie Driver.  You’re one of the few survivors of a chemical accident that unleashed mass hordes of undead. Now you must race through the carnage and try to save the people left. Story mode has 31 missions and 13 different vehicles to turn zombies into speed bumps. Blood Race mode features 30 events that are all about how fast you can get through this city.  Slaughter mode is a survival arena challenge with an upgrade system for your car. This vehicular zombie apocalypse is 800 MP. ($10)

Intel Discovered is a free Kinect game. Yes, I said free. This game asks if you have what it takes to be a superstar. Captain America himself, Chris Evans, will tutor you in the ways of action stardom. Chanel Iman will show you how to walk the runway. Redfoo, formerly of LMFAO, is your pop music instructor.

Borderlands 2 gets its first DLC expansion with Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty. This adventure takes players to Oasis. As you probably guessed from the name, everything here has a pirate theme. The DLC adjusts to your level, so it’s safe to go in even if you haven’t tackled every task in Borderlands 2. Captain Scarlett offers up 30 missions, nine “badass” challenges and new achievements. This definitely sounds like content that won’t leave you feeling ripped off. It’s 800 MP to hang with these scurvy scoundrels.

Games on Demand adds Men In Black: Alien Crisis for $39.99, Sonic Generations for $29.99 and The Lord of the Rings: War in the North for $19.99.

The Deal of the Week is discounts on Batman: Arkham City and its add-ons. Even casual fans of the Caped Crusader or comic superheroes need to check this one out.

  • Batman Arkham City ($19.99)
  • Catwoman Bundle Pack (400 MP )
  • Arkham Bundle (600 MP)
  • Arkham City Skins Pack (200 MP )
  • Challenge Map Pack (120 MP)
  • Robin Bundle Pack (280 MP)
