The screenshot you see here isn’t stretched out due to a resizing error. It’s an actual gameplay screenshot from the upcoming Portal 2 In Motion expansion for PS3. Portal 2 In Motion will utilize PlayStation Move to deliver different puzzle solving mechanics and new test chambers. Instead of taking static objects and manipulating them with physics, Portal 2 In Motion will also let us stretch and rotate objects as well.
Portal 2 In Motion will be released on November 6 for $9.99. If you’re a PlayStation Plus member, you’ll be able to pick up this DLC for 30% off the regular price. The standalone version of Portal 2 will also be available to download from the PlayStation Store with the same 30% discount for PlayStation Plus members.
Both versions of Portal 2 for PS3 will be updated with Move support on November 6 as well. Unfortunately, the core version won’t contain the new gameplay features that are offered in the DLC.
