Curiosity is experiencing server issues, 22cans is working on an update

If you’ve been playing Curiosity, you’ve no doubt encountered some connection issues. Trying to get into the game has often led to a server error and some players have noticed their coin counts disappearing. 22cans is aware of these issues and is attributing it to larger than expected demand. 

Peter Molyneux of 22cans has been expressing his excitement over the response Curiosity has been getting since it was released. He updated his Twitter page this evening to let players know an update is on the way.

“I now understand what’s going on, basically we and our server are overwhelmed by the number of people trying out the experiment.”

“after a little cry I am immensly [sic] grateful to everyone for their patience, the six of us are working overnight to keep the service going”

“We’re also working on an update that will fix the problem.”

We’ve been through situations like this many times with many different games. It’ll just take a little patience before we’re free to begin tapping once again.
