Sony is using Black Friday as a way of moving more PlayStation Vita units at retail. The Vita hasn’t been selling very well despite its great hardware and decent selection of games. Whether you blame poor marketing or smartphones for the Vita’s performance, nothing says “buy me” like a new low price. On November 23-24, Sony will give retailers the choice to sell three Vita bundles for $199.

The bundles in question are for Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation (with a white Vita), Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified and Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. Each bundle includes the Wi-Fi Vita and a 4GB memory card.

Now is the best time to own a Vita. Besides this great deal on bundles, PlayStation Plus on the Vita will come with six free games.
