Here’s what Etrian Odyssey IV comes with should you buy one of the launch copies. You get a CD and an art book packed into the box. We don’t know how large the artbook is, but Atlus has uploaded two pages of it to the internet so people can get an idea of what to expect. The CD is actually not a soundtrack CD, like you’d expect, but a “Rough Drafts & Outtakes” collection of songs that did and didn’t become background tracks in Etrian Odyssey IV.
Etrian Odyssey IV is coming to the 3DS on February 26, 2013 and will be available in stores and the eShop for $39.99. Only the physical release will be part of the Atlus Spoils program and include the goodies, so you’ll probably want to go with that version instead.
Once again, Atlus impresses. I mean, this is the kind of content other companies would include for $10 or $20 more with their standard release, and Atlus gives it to us for free. Kudos to them!
