People are getting one step closer to a rather nice, hands-on look at God of War: Ascension. You’ll all be quite pleased to hear that the God of War: Ascension multiplayer beta sign-ups have begun… in Europe. Yes, our overseas friends will be the first to begin registering. Congratulate them, while also muttering under your breath and giving them a jealous side-eye.
It’s easy to try and get into the beta. People just visit the God of War: Ascension multiplayer beta sign-up page, log in with their IDs and get involved. This page will be open until December 7, 2012. Show your interest before midnight that night to have a chance of getting into the game.
Don’t be too disappointed if you don’t make it into the God of War: Ascension multiplayer beta. Sony isn’t just allowing everyone to play. Only a fraction of people who show interest will actually be able to participate in battles online with up to eight other players. Just be hopeful.
Even though this notice did appear on the European PlayStation Blog, I have to let you know that it seems you don’t have to be in Europe to try and get into the beta. I logged in with my NA PSN account and registered without any problem, so you may want to try to get in as well.
