Nintendo Downloads for December 27, 2012

Merry belated Christmas! In honor of the holiday, this week’s Nintendo Downloads update is particularly robust. There are nine new games available, with five for the 3DS, one for the Wii/Wii U and three for the 3DS and DSi. It’s a full house!

This week’s Nintendo Downloads also happens to include the first Wii U eShop sale. Three eShop exclusives have been reduced for the holiday. Chasing Aurora, normally $14.99, is $7.49. Little Inferno, also normally $14.99, is $9.99. Finally Trine 2: Director’s Cut‘s price has dropped from $19.99 to $15.99. These prices will stay this way until at leats January 3, 2013. That’s when the Chasing Aurora price goes back up. Little Inferno returns to normal a day later, and Trine 2 stays discounted until January 7, 2013.
