CES 2013: Dead Trigger 2 is given a brief moment in the spotlight

At NVIDIA’s CES press conference on Sunday, we got our first glimpse of Dead Trigger 2 from Madfinger Games. Dead Trigger 2 is one of the first revealed games that will be optimized for Tegra 4 processors. Madfinger says Dead Trigger 2 will be released in the second quarter of 2013.

Gameplay from Dead Trigger 2 was very brief. All we saw was the main character fighting a gigantic zombie on city streets. He started off with a machine gun, but the scene ended with the character mounting a rail gun. We honestly didn’t see enough to say, “Oh my God it looks so much better than the first one!” One thing is for sure, Dead Trigger 2 will be totally playable on NVIDIA’s new Project Shield handheld.
