If you’ve been itching to play Marvel Heroes, but haven’t been lucky enough to snag an access code, you may be happy to know there’s another way in to the game. Gazillion Entertainment just announced the Marvel Heroes Founders Program that gives any fan instant access to the game and other goodies. Getting in is going to set you back at least $20, but you’ll have plenty of time to play this game before it officially launches to everyone in the spring.

Let’s take a look at what you get for your money. $19.99 is considered a starter pack which gets you one character, two costumes, $20 worth of in-game currency, XP boosts and item find boosts. Paying $59.99 will unlock the premium pack which unlocks more characters, costumes, money and boosts. Finally, $199.99 will get you all the characters, every costume, permanent XP and item find boosts and $50 in in-game currency.

Marvel Heroes is going to be free-to-play when it releases. Gazillion notes that even though players who choose to become founding members will get instant access to certain things, they can all still be obtained without spending any money. How much time it will take you to earn all those extras is another question.
