Nintendo Downloads for February 14, 2013

Ah, Nintendo downloads update, how often you disappoint. We just learned all about the great games coming to the 3DS and Wii U from the Valentine’s Day Nintendo Direct, then we all excitedly rush to the update to find nothing. Yes, our Nintendo Downloads Valentine’s Day update is quite lackluster, as all we get is Wii Street U (Wii U), Dig Dug (3DS), Moke Moke (3DS, DSi) and World Heroes 2 Jet (Wii).

On the plus side, we also get sales. There is a big, 3DS eShop sales event starting now and running until March 27, 2013. Each week, a different game is reduced. This week’s sale game is Bit.Trip Saga for $9.99. Crashmo goes down to $5.99 on February 21, Fractured Soul is $7.99 on February 28, Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword gets reduced to $4.99 on March 7, Ketzal’s Corridors is $4.99 on March 14 and Mutant Mudds brings up the rear on March 21 when it temporarily drops to $5.99. Each game will only be on sale for one week, which means Bit.Trip Saga will only be $9.99 until February 20, 2013.
