Any company interested in purchasing these assets must first meet all the necessary requirements before its bid can be considered. Assuming all that checks out, initial bids have to be submitted by April 1. April 13 will be the last day final bids are accepted.
The auction will be broken down into six lots. The first lot contains the Red Faction franchise, lot #2 contains Homeworld and lot #3 is all about the MX franchise. The remaining auction lots are posted below.
