Nintendo has updated the free games you can download through Club Nintendo. From now until April 7, you can get 3D Classics: Kid Icarus, Starship Defense, Super Punch-Out!! and Mario Tennis. The first two games are for the 3DS, and the latter half is for the Wii. All you need is the appropriate amount of coins (150 coins each) to get one or more of these games for free.
Super Punch-Out!! won’t be the only Punch Out game that’s part of a promotion this month. Nintendo is also going to sell the original Punch Out!: Featuring Mr. Dream for $0.30 starting March 20. That particular sale is from Nintendo’s Wii U Virtual Console Trial Campaign. The campaign will end in July with Donkey Kong.
None of these games are too expensive on their own, but they’re worth cashing in your unspent coins. This is also a reminder to register your Nintendo Club-eligible games and consoles if you haven’t already.
