toys r us sale ad march 24 30 2013
Good afternoon everyone, and get ready to head to Toys R Us! The store has a pretty massive sale going on March 24-30, 2013, perhaps to help people with preparing Easter baskets for March 31, 2013. To start, all in-stock video games and movies are part of a buy one, get one 40% off promotion. You just pick out two that you want and save. Naturally, the cheaper of the two items is going to be the one that’s 40% off, but still. It’s a pretty good deal.

Toys R Us also has some system deals this week. The first is a 3DS XL promotion that naturally includes the Pikachu 3DS XL, if there are any left. Any 3DS XL is $179.99 and comes with a $20 Toys R Us gift card. If you don’t want the XL, the standard 3DS is on sale for $149.99 and also comes with a $20 gift card. That’s enough to take a bit out of the price of Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon or Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity.

There is also a Wii U promotion at Toys R Us this week. Either system, be it the $299.99 8GB basic or $349.99 32GB deluxe come with a $25 gift card. It’s a small savings, but it still makes a difference. Plus, that $25 dollar card could later be put towards a game. If someone went for a Wii game, they could probably still have money left over!

Then, there are the Skylanders Giants deals. The first is a sale on the starter packs. The 3DS, PS3, Wii, Wii U and Xbox 360 starter packs are all $49.99 this week. Normally, they’re $74.99 each. There is also a promotion involving the three figure packs and battle packs. If someone buys one of those, at $24.99 each, they get a Skylanders Show & Go carrying case for their figures. It’s a handy way to keep all the figures together.
