bighead-bash-suicide-girls-skins-screenshots-1BigHead BASH! is a wacky, free-to-play real-time shooting game featuring an ever growing cast of characters. Already, players can control the likes of Hellboy, American McGee’s Alice and Barack Obama. We’ve learned today that the world famous Suicide Girls are now picking up various implements of destruction and joining the fray.

These particular BigHeads are based on the likenesses of Bob, Gogo, Milloux, Venom and Radeo. This eclectic mix of characters is part of the game’s charm. There are not a whole lot of places you will see a Suicide Girl battling Ron Paul, except perhaps in some warped political fan fiction. I most certainly did not write any of said political fan fiction. OK, maybe one or two, but don’t judge me.

The premise of the game is that a toy shop has come to life. All the various cute little action figures in it are shooting at each other. The battles take place in 2D arenas. Head shots cause more damage, but as you get more kills your own head gets larger. A killstreak of three activates Bash mode, which makes your head much stronger. After that mode is over, your head will shrink back to normal size.

There are RPG elements in play as well. As your character levels up, they will get better weapons and more head collectibles. Gamers love collecting, and shooting. I’m amazed no one thought of this sooner. Speaking of collecting, you can actually order real life versions of some of the figures involved.

BigHead BASH! comes from Spicy Horse, the developer behind Alice: Madness Returns and American McGee’s Grimm. In 2011, the company began an aggressive focus on mobile platforms. Its goal is to bring AAA quality to the casual gaming space.

The game is playable on Facebook, Kongregate and Armor Games and all are compatible with each other.
