2k responds to Big Daddy figurine issue

In a nice bit of customer service done right, 2K games is planning to quickly rectify a situation that arose once it became known that a percentage of Big Daddy figurines (part of the Bioshock limited edition box) showed up damaged. Apparently, a fraction of the figures were damaged in transit to US and Canadian retailers.
2K is working on a replacement program right away. From the release:
I imagine a few companies could learn from 2K’s quickness on a production issue (Microsoft, I’m looking at you!). Either way, if you received a broken figure, check 2K’s site for details on how to get the art book and apply for a new figure.
