Juno
Here’s an early contender for the most baffling news of the week: according to 1up, Oscar nominated teen pregnancy flick Juno will be adapted into a casual game. The news is coming from a panel at this year’s D.I.C.E. summit, in which Keith Boesky mentioned the new title and the casual aim. No other details have been released.

What an odd choice for a game – Juno was fantastic, but not exactly traditional game material (the writing and acting took center stage, there were no action sequences, etc.). However, it’s far too early to tell if the game will completely bomb – perhaps the (still unannounced) developer will actually make something creative and groundbreaking. Just look at how cool Cooking Mama turned out at a time when the the idea of a “cooking sim” was laughably obscure.
