The official Square Enix Member site is now open. So far the site is a bit sparse, but the content there is still something special. So far there are only sections online for Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, The World Ends with You and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates. There are wallpapers, contests, videos, a few little blog decorations, articles, a contest and a blog.
The highlights of the members only site are in the Crisis Core and TWEwY sections. There is an exclusive “Creators’ Roundtable: Episode 1″ for TWEwY up. There are also 2 videos, wallpapers, a director interview, a ShinRa ID generator, a signed soundtrack contest and a Zack Squats Test game in the Crisis Core section.
It looks like a promising start to a new members site. As a lifelong Final Fantasy fan, I look forward to seeing what Square Enix comes up with in the coming months. Personally, I’m hoping for a TWEwY contest – a stuffed Nyan-tan give away would be delightful.
