Snack or Die is the source for the perfect gamer cookies

I recently stumbled upon Snack or Die after reading a post in a LiveJournal community I frequent, and I have to say it is love at first site. If you are a gamer who also has a bit of a sweet tooth, you must visit this Snack or Die. The primary focus is video game cookies, but the site also features cupcakes, brownies and other delightful snacks all inspired by video games.

Each post on the site includes a recipe for a savory snack, pictures to show how things should look during the baking process and a picture of the finished result. Personally I was drawn to the “Koopa Shell Cookies” and the “Red Velvet Red Ring 360 Cookies.” None of the recipes are insanely difficult to prepare and would make great party favors for gatherings with friends.

The site, maintained by Jocelyn, has been providing April 2007. The majority of the recipes really began being posted from January, 2008 on though. I’d recommend subscribing or stopping by once a week to see if any new recipes are up.
