“Like a bolt from the blue, time for the Reaper Review!”
No, not really. But that whole speech is so catchy. I’m sure I misquoted, but moving on – the The World Ends with You section on the Square Enix Members page has had another major update. The latest, and final, chapter in the The World Ends with You manga by Shiro Amano is now translated and online.
Once again, the manga will have special, colored spots which can be clicked to unlock exclusive The World Ends with You ringtones. The three tracks this time around are “Twister,” “Someday” and “Imprinting.” Like before, you have to be a Squenix member to have access to the comic and tones. Its free to join up though, so go do it.
The second chapter manga does feature some storyline spoilers. If you haven’t reached Day 6 with Shiki, you might want to put off reading it. It also happens to feature brief Minamimoto, Joshua and Mr. Hanekoma.
I did feel that the whole second chapter also feels a bit rushed and haphazard, like a lot of information is being packed into a brief chapter. Plus it doesn’t offer a real, definitive resolution. There’s lots of fan service though, including hilarious nods to the fashion system, so I suppose it evens out in the end.
“And rest assured, though you may forget the review, it won’t forget you!”
Hey, be thankful. I could be quoting Minamimoto. That’d be zetta strange.
