This “mom-friendly” list is all Wii and DS games, including Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol Encore, The Sims 2: Castaway, CSI: Hard Evidence and a few High School Musical titles.

The founder of VoodooPC republishes an article from CPU Magazine titled “Games for your Mom.” In it he writes about WildTangent and causal games that shoudl be easier for your mom to play, but really goes on a wild tangent and discusses the long life of PC games.
In this article from 2005 titled “Games even mom knowns,” the author writes about how his especially accepting mom who even helped him play game and bought him Mortal Kombat (!), helping the writer become a seemingly damn well-adjusted person. (Yay for great moms!)
In this post titled ” Moms, Sons, and Video Games,” the writers explains how she bonded with her son by playing Dungeons and Dragons Heroes, Mario Cart [sic], Age Of Empires, Haunted Mansion and Fable. See, cool moms really do play videogames.
